dap-1522 firmware

Bought a dap-1522, the box says QoS support, but this functionality is not to be found on web interface.
I suspect an old firmware (1.11), but the dap-1522 is not even on the dlink.be website.
On dlink.com there is a new firmware, but it is mentioned it's only for north american models.
Any suggestions ?

Update the firmware to 1.2x ...
