FTP - one user multiple groups?
« on: January 12, 2010, 06:09:08 PM »

Is there any way to give one user access to multiple folders?
Apparently a user can only belong to one group?

I know I could give them access to a top level folder and they could have access underneath but I cant do that with everyone without giving everyone equal access to all folders.

I am using v1.06.

This has been requested in the beta update forum, hopefully it'll happen at some point.  Symbolic links to combine the folders into one "master" folder would do the trick.

Wow, seems like a major feature to be missing.
Hopefully in a near future release.
I may have to go back to using my Linux box as FTP for most purposes.

Thanks.
