DIR-330 VPN IPSEC to Cisco1841

I have DIR-330 setup VPN IPSEC site to site to Cisco1841 router.
The tunnel VPN is up.  But the problem is I can't ping the Cisco gateway (192.168.2.1) from DIR-330 site.
and same thing with Cisco site, I can't ping (172.16.16.1).
from DIR-330 Status -> Active Session : UPD source ip and destination ip they are the same.
Did I do something wrong ?
Can I use VOIP for this router (DIR-330) ?
What is the good wireless router for IPSEC VPN and VOIP ?
