DNS - how to change DNS #s (and nothing else)

I want to try opendns as the 2nd DNS in my Dir625.  I see a Internet Manual Config option with forms for DNS...but I have not tried that because the same "save" button will (apparently) save other changes (such as the mac address).   What is the correct way to keep my current config... and change only the DNS IP numbers?

As long as you don't change those other settings before you hit "Save" they shouldn't be effected.
