Router Drops Out Randomly (Resolved)

Well heres My Problem.

I Recently installed windows 7 ultimate x86 on my pc.

i installed all my motherboard drivers and video card drivers to the most up to date ones on nvidias website.
now all of a sudden my router for the last few days has been acting up dropping my connection every few minutes.
i reset the router a few times.
i have hard reset the router a few times.
i have reset the cable modem a few times also.

but i keep loosing my internet connection regardless.

heres my router info.

while typing this document it has disconnected once or twice already so ima provide a log if its helpful

There has been some talk on some motherboard sites that there is an issue with the NVidia Network Controllers and Windows 7.  EVGA just came out with some beta drivers that had an updated network driver in the package.  You may want to check the message boards for your motherboard to see if there is any talk of dropped connections.

You did bring out a good point. thanks. my motherboard happens to be a EVGA 122-M2-NF59-RX.

Well after about a week of troubleshooting nvidia drivers , microsoft drivers , the router , windows 7 i,the modem it was none of the above.

my problem happened to be with a cable splitter i was using to split my cable line to the tv and the modem.i swapped it out for a new one and ever since i haven't had an issue at all. hope this may help anybody. and thanks to everybody for their suggestions.
