655-1.32NA + W7/Vista/XP + HP Printer
« on: January 23, 2010, 12:37:42 PM »

Okay, so this is getting EXTREMELY BAD AND ANNOYING FOR ME. I'm about to ask D-Link for an RMA for another router that is 1.21 Firmware.

Okay, my router was 1.21 and SharePort 1.3 worked wonderfully on all three computers with the HP OfficeJet J5700 printer.

I decided I would go ahead and upgrade to 1.32NA, what harm could that do right?

Well, with 1.32NA now. SharePort just doesn't want to work properly at all with this printer.

When I print to it from ANYONE PC it the Printer's Job window shows that one page has now turned into three and three pages have turned into 9. I don't know what to do and I'm throwing my hands up in the air here.

Right now we have reverted to just plugging the printer the printer into the XP PC and just printing straight from it.

I was curious...did anyone help you with this?  I see that a lot, I mean a lot of forum entries are ignored which tells me that the D-Link technicians don't even make an attempt and wait for other users to take care of it.  Hmmmm.  That didn't happen with the Cisco forums.
