Well
I inserted a 500gb disk in to the router and i'm not impressed with the performance!
It's really slow.... Slowest ihave ever seen so far regarding NAS!
So i attached another USB disk to the USB interface and thought "perfect now i should be
able to share that disk from the router!"
Nope.... No go, you need to use a pc and install that client on to it...
(To bad, imagine if you could mirror the internal disk or copy files localy only using the router..)
I'm unable to change the workgroup name, is there any workaround for that?
(Can't find any option for it, any secret menu somewhere?)
D-Link!
Please enhance your firmware add the posibilities to set:
Workgroup name, and default SMB share name (Not = the long disk name/serial thing...)
Enhance the disk handling, add local USB disk support within the router and disc menu,
Speed up the NAS performance!
Add better system live status display, show sessions, FW blocking, disk usage, mem usage and I/O
(Current and peak values)
The "scheduling" of rules blocking a MAC address is not possible to do 22:00 to 06:00!
You need to have start and stop time on the same day.... This is an annoying problem.
Please enhance and correct this!
