Hmmm. I was able to load this firmware on my DIR-615 B2 router without too much trouble.
I assume that you are using a wired connection.
Here are two things you might try, if you haven't already:
1. Make sure you are loading the DIR615B2_FW227B01.bin file and not the .zip file. (I made this mistake on the first try.) It appears from your screenshot that you unzipped the .bin file.
2. In the Tools/System menu, restore the router to factory defaults, then do a hard reset. (See http://compnetworking.about.com/b/2009/03/11/the-30-30-30-hard-reset-rule-for-routers.htm for detail on how to do a hard reset.) I believe that the hard reset will wipe out your configuration and router's new IP address will be 192.168.0.1.
Otherwise, I cannot think of any suggestions.
