East Asian Language(Korean) support?

When I connect to FTP server with Bulletproof, ALFtp, Filezilla, All the Korean File names are broken....
I chekc the Language setting with Easy-Search Utility, it said nonunicode...which means it supports non unicode languages.

Are there any solution?
