I have read many solutions on this forum about Wireless restarts.
None of them have solved my problem.

I even upgraded to the 1.30EU firmware but still the same issues.
The router firmware is flashed on 10-02-2010 19:36.
Till now I have had more then 70 restarts.

I have called D-Link and told them what I have done and they keep
promissing to call me back..... Well they F*&*& dont call you back.

I have a router here which is within the waranty but when I call d-link
the dont seems to take me serious.

Soo whats next. What if your problem isnt solved with the solutions posted here.
Do you send the router back for RMA for a replacement or do you ask for a refund?

Living in the Netherlands (Dutch) here.

Start by posting a log (even je logbestand posten)

Go to the latest EU firmware.

And if that does not help you might consider going to 1.33NA (3 days uptime and my router loved to reboot just by looking at it !)

I upgraded from 1.21 to 1.30 with the same result.
The tech support which I spoke on the phone advised me NOT to update to the latest Beta version.

The also advised me to use the program inSSIDer. I installed and switched to channel 13 but still the same issues.

Can't post the log because its overwritten with new entries (port blocking 1234) which have nothing to do with the wireless restart imho.

I think its caused by the hardware itself, or otherwise by the firmware.
For me is a big issue because I use Citrix (terminal server) and keep getting disconnected.
70 wireless restart in the evening in two days is way to much.

I was hoping D-Link would help me out on this, but instead they dont take you serious and dont call you back. Thats whats pissing me off the most. I have a router within waranty and I am not getiing helped

Whats the difference between the EU and the NA firmware?
I assume you have the 1.33NA running for a while now, still good and no restarts? WHat hardware version do you use?

Just try 1.33NA seems it can only improve your device.
Had similar effects with 1.21 and the 1.3x betas (EU and NA versions)

Difference in functionality is limited.

If there's a port blocked everytime, you need to check you PC for any malware or virus. It is not a normal condition that this happens and might be related to the wireless disconnects.

Well those ports are incoming connections and caused by DC++.
Have 2 laptops, 2 PC's and 1 vmware server with all kinds of machines running.
The wireless restarts are also when all is disconnected and only one laptop is on.
DC++ is just installed a few days ago and when I turn it off the incomming blocks disapear.

Will upgrade 1.33NA tomorrow.

So what will be the next step. Contact DLink again and hoping they will take me serious this time?

I had simlar problem with wireless Restart. I remove IP6 from my network adaptor and have had on wireless restarts for a week. I think these Dlink routers  not like support IP6 and it is causing the wireless issues folks are seeing.
