Remote Wireless question

Hi there folks!

I'm using the DIR-655 as my wireless router. I'd like to use my old Airport extreme (the dome g) as a remote so I can connect it to a device that only has an Ethernet port and connect wireless to my home network.  I know people have done this before but I haven't had any luck doing so.  Could anyone point me in the right direction for is?  Something about WDS...
