Hey guys,

Hoping someone could point me in the right direction.  I have a 700.00 web cam that I have never got to work.  Let me give you a few details and maybe someone can point me in the right direction.  I have the DCS-6620G.  I have the camera hard wired into a Linksys WRT-610N and setting up with a laptop (have tried wired directly into the router and wireless)  I go through the setup and it sees the camera.  I check the box and go through the setup and all is well all the way to the end except the camera never is viewable.  After the set up you are to click the last button "Links to selected devices" is not avalible.  Has anyone had this issue before?   ???

What browser and camera firmware version are you using? If you are not running the latest firmware you may be having an issue with the browser having Silverlight installed. Do you get an http 400 error on the page?
