Problems with VPN

Hello
I have a problem with connecting to VPN (madvpn) they cannot connect to the vpn.
I have 4 PC / 2 of them works like a charm with the VPN
The other 2 wont work.
I do not know what to do. The rooter is at the last firmware version.

D-LINK DIR-615 Firmware Version : 4.11 rev.
