Lycan hoping you would look at this since you helped me last time. I bought my parents a dir-625 and whats the deal with secure spot turning on and off? I spoke to them directly at 1-850-275-1015 and they said it could happen anytime when there system screws up. So will there be new firmware for those of use who don't use there service? Or do we have to do away with D-Link and switch to another brand?
Also whats up with the dns shutting off at least once a week on them it seems? It has happened on other routers and some of them were fixed why not this one? Others have posted only to have there posted about this ignored. Keep in mind you can only ignore a customer for so long before they turn away and never come back. I hope D-Link starts to address some of these issues instead of ignoring there customers.
