DAP-1522 connection to DIR-655 fails.

I have had for a couple of months a DIR-655 in the home.  I have a PS3 and Xbox 360 (all wireless), 1 PC (direct line), and 1 pc (usb access point), and 3 laptops which are all able to connect to the Router.  I even, on occasion, have 3 psp's and 1 Ipod touch that are all able to connect to this router in the home. No issues.

My Sister and her husband have moved in and want to connect to the wireless network, so they purchased a DAP-1522.

I have been able to get the router and the bridge to connect.  They show connected...but I am getting NO web access.  I have been at it over 4 hours and I do not understand why I fail.  I am not a wireless networking noob, but i am far from a pro.  Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
