Move .torrent after finished to avoid restart?
« on: March 16, 2010, 03:34:16 PM »

This might seem like a small problem but I just wanted to check if there's an option for this. Been searching the forum but haven't found anything about it.

Once the torrent is downloaded I wonder if it's possible to have a setting that moves the .torrent file to another folder to avoid that it starts all over again if the dns is restarted, for example. I know I can delete it manually but I just keep forgetting it and after a while the numbers build up and after a restart recently I had about 25 ongoing downloads. No wonder the network was slow.

Anyway, one can set this in a regular BitTorrent client so I just wondered.

Thanks // j

I am confused.  Are you saying that you are moving the data from the "BT\complete" directory but not deleting the torrent from the GUI (using the "Remove Completed" button)?
When you delete a torrent from the GUI it removes it from the "BT\torrents" directory.

If you are doing otherwise, you are doing it wrong.
