is your DSL modem setup for transparency or standard, if it's set up for standard, its probably giving off a private IP address. Check this by looking at the WAN status section under Status, Device Info. If the WAN IP address is a 192.168 number then your NAT is closed. You need to ensure the DSL modem is set up to give a public IP address which is starts with a 2 character address, ##.##.###.###. This will open your NAT on the 4500 and you'll be able to connect better on the 360.
