I have 2 identical dell servers configured with NIC teaming (2 nics,failover/load balance)  both I believe are configured the same although 1 connects fine with both NICs attached the switch and one does not.
the working one is connected to ports 1 and 3 the non working was connected to 5 and 7 but only 5 currently.
Any suggestions as to what's going on?
