How can I Backup my DNS-321 TO a USB attached drive?

I have two 2TB drives in RAID-1 in my DNS-321 and want to back this up to a USB attached storage device on my PC. How can I do this?

Norton 360 cannot do it as I've already contacted their technical support.

Windows 7 has a backup utility, but won't see my Mapped network drive of the DNS-321.

Thank you for any and all suggestions!!!!

Almost any standard backup utility should be able to do that.  I use Beyond Compare (www.scootersoftware.com) here, but there are literally 100's of backup applications that will deal with network drives.
