I found a new firmware version 1.13 for the above router. But for some reason the router will not update the firmware all I get is the error message below
Server Error
A file system error was detected on the RomPager server.

anyone have any ideas, I have contacted D-Link support via the self service portal but dont hold out much hope of a helpful response as my last query is still unanswered and that was sent two months ago :0(

I looked at the log as I'm getting the same message and it appears that there's not enough non-volitile memory left to upload the rom update.

Is there a way to clear this so that the update can go on?

Power off your DSL-2740R.
Disconnect the ADSL cable from RJ-11 port.
Power on your device.
Then re-try to update.

I have been testing this firmware. It does not have telnet remote managenet!

Am I right?
