router not working but internet is

my wireless isnt working

the power button is lit up green and so is the globe.

the 3 half circles icon keeps flashing on and off.  I tried unplugging both the cable that connects the router to the modem and the  power cord neither work.  I tried pressing the resent button i still get the same thing.

my internet works fine when i connect the cable from my modem to my laptop.  It worked fine up until today i was setting up my tv and moved the router and ever since then it hasn't worked.

any help appreciated.

i have the dlink 615 which i purchased in the end of december
