New 855 owner with question about configuration

Hello all. I just go this router and would really like some input on optimization.

I have a desktop hard lined into it and then a hawkings Tech Smart Repeater attached to it.

The question I have is that I can get the smart repeater to come in on a guest account, but cannot get it to come in on the normal connection.

Any thoughts?
