Dsl 2740r disconnection problems

hello i'm new and i possess a 2740r router

my problem is.. after a detailed configuration of LAN, WIRELESS and ADSL an intermittent, not very harmful but boring, disconnection of the adsl EACH time my phone rings some incoming calls... and at first ring too...

my config is for a normal adsl 6mb IN/612kb OUT
