DSM 330 Remote control problem.

The DSM 330 has been with me for a year and a half and has given excellent service, until I changed to a HDTV. The RC will not respond unless repeatedly pressed on individual keys. This had made updating the firmware an impossibility.I am currently at 1.0.0.11.As the neither the screen display your input, nor are you able to access the so called second page mentioned in the Quickstart, things are difficult To add to my probs the Support Team choose to ignore communication, even after confirming D-Link's confirmation of registration when I purchased, so this is a last ditch attempt to resolve these frustrations.I have changed batteries, relocated the devise to below and to the rear of the TV, which is a Panasonic TX-L37S10B.WOULD APPRECIATE SOME HELP,THANKYOU IN ANTICIPATION.
