Rebuild never finishes after HD replacement

Hi,

I use RAID 1 configuration. My 1 TB Hitachi HD failed (right). I replaced with a 1 TB seagate and enabled auto-rebuild, but the rebuild never finishes, it is syncing for more than 24 hours.

The used space is not more then 15% of the available space. Does anyone have any idea of what is wrong?
