I need help for (D-Link DCS-with Installation Wizard program)

my network divided into many VLAN before VLAN installation  all thing all right before VLAN Installation some client in different VLAN have ability to access all cameras in the network from the internet explorer and also every one from this clients can ping on all cameras but the problem when I tray to make a search from (D-Link DCS-5300G with Installation Wizard program ) no result appear>

so I need to find Solution for this problem.
