Hi all
I have just received a Dlink DSL 2640R from Virgin (my isp), and am trying to set it up on my pc using the installation disc. My pc has 2 operating systems on it...vista and xp. I have set it up on vista with no problems at all. But when i try to set it up on xp, as soon as i start to follow the instructions on the cd where it says to power up the router, i get no lan lights on, and if i try to click next on the cd i get the error "Call to GetAdaptersInfo failed".
I tried calling Virgin, but they wanted £10 to help me solve it, a bit extreme to say the least, so i'm hoping someone on here can help.
