Can't access wireless settings with IE, blank page

I know there's an issue accessing the wireless settings from non-IE browsers, but I can't even access them with IE8, I just get same blank page that non-IE browsers get. I've tried from 4 different 64 bit Windows 7 / IE8 machines, a 32 bit Windows Server 2003 / IE8 machine, and a Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter machine with IE8. Blank page from all of them.

I've also added the IP address of the 1522 to the Trusted Sites zone, and that didn't help either. Any idea what could be going on? Are there any specific security settings that I need to enable?
