D-ViewCam v3.0 - Unable to view video stream

Hello,

I have hit a bit of a snag attempting to utilize the D-ViewCam v3.0 software across various operating systems, I have received the following error while attempting to finalize a camera configuration on Windows server 2008, 2003 and Windows 7 Enterprise:

"The system may not work properly without administrator privilege. Do you want to continue?"

On each of the above stated operating systems I have been accessing the system and application utilizing both the local administrative account as well a domain administrative account and still receive the stated error, additionally launching the application with the "run as administrator" option produces said error as well.

I have not received this error utilizing a Windows 7 Enterprise installation in a domain configuration utilizing a limited domain account for access (administrative domain account was used to install the application, though not to access/administer it).

Any insight would be most appreciated.

Similar trouble here. Can view camera webpage fine, but no video shows up in software. Software pulls up webpage, so I know the connection is correct.
