Router having PRroblems!

Ok so I was playing on My xbox and then it kept on disconnecting me whit horrible connection! So i taught of removing the Power of the Router and then when  re-plugging No internet came. When i re-plugged the Modem to the Router it still didn't connect and The only Light oprn is the power one and its orange.

PLeeease help :(
