How about setting up a port rule in Gaming and see if that helps resolve it with out having to use the DMZ? Just add the IP address and add the port that your using for FileZilla. I presume it only uses a specific one? You can only add one rule in Gaming. Let us know.
That was the first thing I did, was setup the gaming rule for FZS, to port 21, and still getting the dreaded " Reply: 425 Can't open data connection. " error. I have also created a " Special Applications rule" as well, and still no luck.

As to oppose disabling all firewall and anti-virus that were enabled as well.
