Wireless Camera DCS6620g vs Dir655 n Router

DCS6620G Wireless camera does not work in wireless mode, but works great as hard wired. Does anyone have a clue on what can be done to get the wireless part to operate and we are using a D-Link Dir 655 router on the network. We even asked the IT at a local retailer store in the area and his reply was it was a hard thing to do. "In getting the wireless to work properly". Talking to D-Link on the issue has not resolved the problem. The wireless to each of the computers on the network work fine with the router, but the wireless from the camera to the router does not seem to work. Operating system is XP Pro.

Please list the firmwares used on both the camera and the router, also list the 802.11 mode of the router as well as the encryption.
