Just bought the 6620G and hired a network company to install it on my rental house in another state.  It is enclosed in the outdoor ball enclosure I purchased separately and is hard wired into power and also into the router with an Ethernet cable (decided to go that way for better quality).  I have logged into the camera over the internet and the router is setup properly and has other devices port forwarded on it that work flawlessly.  I have two problems with the camera and the network tech is telling me the issue is the camera.

1.  Within 30 minutes or so the camera drops off the LAN and the WAN - confirmed inaccessible on the local house network and also on the internet.  It seems to be "fixed" by removing and reapplying power.  I obviously can't do this from several states away.

2.  This is a minor problem...when I am able to get into the software I am unable to see video though I can "take a snapshot" and can verify the camera is auto-panning and takes pictures.  This is probably just a software issue (I'm on a Mac with a Mac browser) but I can't stay in the camera long enough to troubleshoot because of the real problem above.

Has anybody else had this issue?  Thanks in advance...

HI - have you tried with IE7 or 8, I don't think it works on other browsers?

I have the same 6620G model but it looks as though the cpu board has gone tits-up.  Does not get past the POST stage and leds are both on continuously.  Bad news is that this model is not supported here in UK by D-link even though just out of warranty.  Can you tell me whether it is possible to source replacement parts in the USA? i.e. is there a repair agent I could contact.  D-Link won't help me.
Alternatively a 6620 owner with other faults who could send me parts...
Many thanks jeffjohn
