Firmware upgrade not successful

Good day, i have downloaded and tried upgrading to the new firmware 1.34na however when i log onto the router it stills says the firmware is 1.32na. Does this mean that the upgrade was not successful? when i did it i got a confirmation message saying it was successful. Please help and advise

Factory default router, then update.
