Modem don't detect my computer

Hi,

I received a WBR-2310 today and I'm trying to install it. I'm following the installation guide I found on the website.  But once everyting is connected, my modem can't connect to my computer.  And I can't complete the installation, it said Erreur 302.

Anyone know what I have to do to about that?  

*My internet connection work perfectly when modem is connected directly to my computer.
P.S. I'm using internet cable, not the wireless.
