DIR-655 with 1.33WW hangs after a few days
« on: September 22, 2010, 07:29:55 AM »

I have been running this since March, and it has been very stable until the last two weeks.
The router now seems to freezes after just a few days of use (from 1 day to around a week), and needs to be replugged in for it to be functioning again.
Pinging and webgui does not work.

I am only on a 1.5mbps connection, and I'm sure this router is more than enough to handle the bandwidth.
Anyway, it freezes even when I'm only doing a simple web browsing.
Previosly I am running DGL-4100 for a few years and that router is really rock solid, no problems whats so ever. The reason I "upgraded" to DIR-655 is because DGL-4100 has no wifi and so I need to run another device for the wifi.

The DIR-655 comes with 1.33WW, is there a new stable firmware for this?
Searching online I found 1.34WWBeta02, but I am trying to avoid a beta firmware, as I need stability.

Thanks
