Default login won't work

I recently decided to change the settings on my router and reset it to factory settings. I was able to login and used the basic setup wizard to change the login information, time zone etc. The router reset itself as usual, but when I tried to login with the information I set I wasn't able to. I proceeded to reset the router to factory settings manually, but now it will not accept using admin as the login with no password. Any advice?
