I have a DIR-655 hooked directly into a small business DSL modem and we have 2 static IPs assigned to us.  Is there any way to configure the router the following way:

IP#1 - x.x.x.200 - This is the main public IP that our entire office uses to connect to the net.

IP#2 - x.x.x.201 - This IP is for our telecom provider to come in and make configuration changes to our phone system.  I need to be able to point any requests coming in on this IP to one specific IP on our LAN.  This is the only thing this will be used for.

Is there any way to accomplish this?

Unfortunately No. You have only one WAN port and you can only assign one static ip address at the time.

Thanks Rambo.  So I guess my only option is to go from my DSL modem, to a small switch, then to the DIR-655.  From the switch, I can run to the phone system.

Otherwise you need to disable the 'Natting' (e.g. disabling the DHCP server) from the DIR-655 and use the router as an access point, so you can use both of the public IP addresses for your machines. If your network really requires to have an extra public IP address due to the circumstances (e.g. web server, FTP, email server, VOIP or etc.), you may consider using the DFL-210.

I don't believe an DI-LB604 would be the best solution in this case.  Scratch the below recommendation and replace it with just the DFL-210.
