Otherwise you need to disable the 'Natting' (e.g. disabling the DHCP server) from the DIR-655 and use the router as an access point, so you can use both of the public IP addresses for your machines. If your network really requires to have an extra public IP address due to the circumstances (e.g. web server, FTP, email server, VOIP or etc.), you may consider using the DFL-210.
