 I just bought Dlink Router DIR-655 ( H/W: B1, F/W Ver: 2.00 NA ) Yesterday, I want use shareport to share my printer, but when I use share port , I can't not find print( I already install share port utility software in my pc, My Last Dlink Router dir-625 share port works good),  could everyone tell me if I can use fireware ver. 1.34NA  instead of F/W 2.00NA, I am not sure this Ver. 1.34NA can work on H/W B1. Because share port fuction is important to me.

B1 is different hardware so you can not use the 1.34 firmware.

Which shareport version are you using?

Latest version is 3.0= Download

I got rid of shareport and got a small USB print server.....too many issues here with shareport and Win7 X64.....if you get it to work...congrats...  I spent way too much time futzing with it.

Haven't had an issue on x64 ever...Probably either a printerdriver or other driver conflict (Virtual server installed perhaps?)
