Problem with connecting to WAN miniport (PPPoE)

So I have this router I bought earlier this year and it worked fine at my old house, but when I moved and tried to set it up it wont work..
I put the set up disc in, followed the steps, but once i get to the point where it searches for the router and its trying to connect to the internet, it wont connect to the WAN miniport (PPPoE)

please help.

Need to know some more info
1. what type of internet service do you have, just t make sure.
2. who is your service provider?
3. Do you have a modem and what is your router model number (just to make sure)
