Can't acces to d-link main page as admin

So yea when I connect the main internet cable directly in my pc internet works, but when Its plugged in my ebr-2310 internet doenst work anymore.

It always worked, for like 2 years no problem.

but now all of a sudden it doesnt.

so i tried to reset the router and login to 192.168.0.1 with default login info, and it doesnt work.

Can anybody help me?
