Invisible Switch

I have 3 dlink dgs-1224T switches in a data center.  2 of the 3 can be found by the SmartConsole Utility.  The 3rd one passes traffic but cannot be "seen" via ip nor the utility. 

Any suggestions for being able to see this switch?  (this one happens to be the one running our main application and it would be good for it not to come down at all - If I could see it I could back up the config file, but...)
