DIR 615, Ver B2 falling offline

I've been reading a lot about DIR615 Ver C1 falling offline, but it seems that a firmware upgrade was created to fix this issue.  For my B2 version I have the latest FW, Rev2.25 dated 2008.  I can't find anything else for Ver B2 hardware and I'm suffering from a lot of network drop outs.  Has anyone suffered from their DIR-615, B2 dropping connections?  Any suggestions besides tossing it in the trash (which I'm very close to doing)?
