Slow internal LAN speeds
« on: December 14, 2010, 04:01:06 AM »

Hi all,

I have DIR-615 B2 and have a wired and wireless network. On both I can only achieve about 1MB/sec max copying files internally. OS is windows 7 Ultimate on 2 pcs and I also have an AC Ryan Samba. No matter whether I use wired or wireless back and forwards from any device to another transfer rates peak at 1MB/Sec. I hoped upgrading to latest 2.27 firmware would sort this but it didn't (it very marginally improved speed).

Any ideas what could be causing this or any ideas how to improve speeds? I don't need tips on wireless as I know how to improve that and it isnt the problem as I have same issue with wired devices.

Thanks for any help.
