You can't turn NAT off.  NAT is WAN to LAN translating, your LAN ip-number.
Only 3 settings, NAT Endpoint Filtering  TCP and UDP

I'm not trying to turn NAT off. I want to change it from strict to open. When I play Call of Duty Black Ops, it says my NAT type is strict, and that is preventing me from joining alot of matches.

What is your ISP modem setup? Cable or DSL? There are certain cases with ISP modems having internal routers giving a Double NAT and having external routers added to the modem hampers the connection on game consoles. Should you by chance happen to have a Modem with an internal router, you need to Bridge or put the modem into transparent mode so that the modem passes a public IP address to your router on the WAN side instead of a private 192.168 address. This will let your router do all the traffic management and use it's features. Again, if you have this set up.

Also try setting your Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for both UDP and TCP.
Have you set up a QoS for the PS3? XBL has one port they use. I presume PS has theirs.

Hi. My modem is a cable modem that does not have in internal router. It is a Motorola SB5100. I'm not sure what you mean by QoS for the ps3

You probably need to set up a QoS rule on your routers QoS Engine section for the PS3. You need to setup a static IP address for the PS3 then add this IP address to the QoS Engine rule along with play stations Port information.

Take a look at the sticky for PS on the DGL-4500 forum. I presume those ports will work on your router. Is just the web pages between these 2 routers look different.

Alright, so my router is working with my PS3, and thanks to FurryNutz guide, I was able to make my router opetate fine. If the guide is followed properly, it works.

I have another question about the NAT type. When I do the internet connection test on my PS3, everything else works fine, but when it goes to NAT type, it says Type 2. I am not sure if Type 2 is a good thing. One of my friends have a Type 1 NAT, and his Black Ops NAT Type is always open. So I think that the problem could be there. If anyone knows about this Type 2 and 1 NATS, please reply to this. Thanks.

NAT types
Type 1 - Connected directly to the internet (no router/firewall). Should have no issues.
Type 2 - Connected through a router properly. Should have no issues.
Type 3 - Connected through a router without open ports or DMZ setup for PS3. Everything should function properly, but you may have connection, voice chat or other issues.
