Firmware upgrade problem

I cant seem to upgrade the firmware on my DIR-615 C1. It is at 3.10 right now. i tried installing the new firmware but it doesnt work. I even tried in emergency mode(?) and that didnt work either. What am i doing wrong guys?

Why are you trying to upgrade? Is there a problem with the router?

Why are you trying to upgrade? Is there a problem with the router?

NVM i figured it out.
Yeah the router was having issues. Now running DD-WRT and it works perfectly
