Difference Between Rev A & Rev B...Officially?

The A website http://support.dlink.com/products/view.asp?productid=DWA%2D160# claims "Works with Windows Vista" and B http://support.dlink.com/products/view.asp?productid=DWA%2D160%5FrevB states "Certified for Windows Vista".  What does the new 2.0 firmware and chipset do for the consumer?  Should I return my Rev A for a B since there are still no cardbus adapters supporting 5GHz?
