Dynamic fragmentation+ XBOX live
« on: August 05, 2008, 08:41:43 AM »

Can someone who knows definitively whether i should leave this option enabled for xbox live chime in?  I remember when i owned the 4300 that microsoft recommended that we dont use this option because you cannot connect with it on.  Well I can connect no problem with it on, perhaps functionality of this feature was fixed?

hmm...i cant tell...on Halo 3 i get host occasionally with this turned on. I would very much like someone from Dlink to answer this one.  I dont want to turn this feature off if it helps.

Dynamic Fragmentation is only useful if you have a lot of stuff that needs packet prioritizing.  If you also have a low amount of bandwidth to be shared, then it's also good.  Regardless of low bandwidth, I wouldn't host either way with this setting, as it will starve it.
