Extreme low download speed with network device connected to LAN port

Hi
Some days ago my DIR-655 A4 started to malfunction. The internet download speed is normally about 8 mb/sek. All PCs and phones with wireless connections and PCs connected to the router with cabel are working normally great and got that download speed, but as soon as I connect a network device such as a NAS box or a IP phone modem to the router, the download speed drops to about 0,2 -0,4 mb/sek. The upload speed is still the same / good.

I have searched the internet for similar problems and solutions, upgraded firmware, reset to factory settings, an so on, but nothing seems to work.

Any good ideas?
