D-LInk dir-130 broke again

Hi there,
I have a very big trouble with your production! The second router died. I tried to repair first one using recovery server but it does not want to install the firmware. After sometime I bought new one the same (D-Link dir-130). Approximately after the same amount of time it died too! I did not tried to repair first one but what is going on? Both was connected to with ISP via device surge (pulse) protection and each local connection had the same protection.

p/s I am studing on Physics Degree (Nuclear, etc) but I have knowledge working with hardware so any suggestions.
